Founder and Managing Principal

Tim O’Brien brings decades of extensive experience working across a variety of sectors, including big and small law firms, government, non-profit, and global legal services providers, to help lawyers in small law firms embrace strategic process changes that will relieve hours put into administrative work and increase profitability. Working with different types and sizes of organizations from Fortune 50 companies to solo law firms on creating and reimagining end-to-end processes allows him to pinpoint the most direct pathway to get lawyers back on track to focus on more strategic or revenue-generating activities.
